This site is dedicated to the notion that there is absolutely no reason why Atlanta and the State of Georgia cannot be THE place for IT professionals to live and work.
Someway, somehow, we should be able to create an environment to attract and retain IT related companies and investors to this great area of the globe.
In my mind, it will take a serious and focused effort on the part of many that have a long view and a shared dream to make this a reality.
Great organizations will need to come together, pooling their resources, to establish a solution that entices the companies and investors in a compete and comprehensive manner.
Organizations such as: The Atlanta Business Chronical, the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the Atlanta Technology Development Center (ATDC), the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA), TechBridge, and the appropriate State and Local government departments.
